How do I make a song?

On Create, describe the song (who it's for, the occasion, a few details you want in it) or paste your own lyrics. Pick a genre and a voice, then tap Generate Song. The song appears in your Library and is usually ready in about a minute; we'll notify you if you allow notifications.

How do I get closer to the song I have in mind?

Be specific: names, the relationship, a shared memory, a place, an inside joke. Choose the genre and subgenre that fit, and add a mood or vibe under Advanced Options. Writing your own lyrics gives you the most control.

A name was sung wrong, or the style isn't what I picked

Songs are made by AI, so results vary from one creation to the next. If a name comes out wrong, try spelling it the way it sounds (for example "Shawn" instead of "Sean") in your own lyrics. If the style is off, try a more specific subgenre or a different voice.

How do coins work?

Making a song uses 10 coins and writing lyrics uses 4. Your subscription refills your plan coins: the weekly plan to 80 coins each week, the yearly plan to 70 coins each month. Plan coins don't carry over to the next period. Coins you buy as a top-up never expire. The cost of each action is always shown on its button.

A song failed. Did I lose my coins?

No. If a song can't be made, its coins go back to your balance automatically. If lyrics fail to write, you can tap them and choose Try Again for free, or delete them to get the coins back.

Can I get coins back if I don't like a song?

Coins are used when a song is made, so they aren't returned for songs that were created successfully. They are always returned when a song fails.

I bought coins or a subscription, but my balance didn't change

New coins usually appear within a few seconds. If they don't, close and reopen the app, or tap Profile → Restore. Still missing? Email us with your account ID and the date of the purchase.

Is there a free trial?

Not at the moment. If a trial is ever offered, it will be shown clearly on the purchase screen.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, choose VibeSingSong and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.

Does deleting the app cancel my subscription?

No. Subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID, so cancel them in Settings as described above.

Could I be subscribed twice, or charged more than the price shown?

Our weekly and yearly plans are in one subscription group, so Apple keeps only one active at a time; switching plans replaces the old one. The amount charged can differ from the price you remember because of local taxes or your App Store currency. Your receipts are in Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I see a connection error, or a song is taking too long

Check your internet connection and try again. A song that's still being made keeps going even if you close the app; it will appear in your Library when it's ready. If a song can't be finished, it's marked as failed and its coins are returned.

I reinstalled the app or got a new phone

Tap Profile → Restore to restore your subscription. VibeSingSong doesn't ask for your name or email, so your account lives on your device: songs and lyrics made on a previous install may not come back. Download songs you want to keep. If something is missing, email us with your old account ID if you have it.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, songs, lyrics and files. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it in Settings first.
